Light Steel Villa VS Masonry Concrete Building---- Safety

1. Earthquake:
   Damage of earthquake is mainly caused by the building collapse.     Considering the frequent earthquake in the recent years, China pays more attention to the reform of the buildings. The traditional Masonry Concrete Buildings are not promoted now, the assembling type light steel villa is going to gradually replace the traditional masonry concrete building.

2. Typhoon
   Typhoon is a huge energy sink with wind speed all above 17 M/S or even quicker than 60M/S. Bearable wind pressure of the traditional building is 2.5 ton per square meter, if a typhoon going forward at 100M/S(the wind pressure = wind speed*wind speed/1600), the wind pressure will be 6.25ton, the building will be seriously damaged under such huge wind power. The light steel main frame has the advantages of anti-rust and anti-moth and can be applied in area demanding anti-seismic grade of 9. 3. Geologic hazard
   Too heavy brick concrete building will cause setting of ground in areas easy to occur geologic hazard, but the weight of light steel building is light which is only 1/5 of the masonry concrete building, and 1/8 of the reinforced concrete structure building. That will greatly reduce the bearing load of the foundation and the setting of the ground.

4.  Crack
   Masonry Concrete Building is easy to crack, which will takes more time and energy for the maintenance and influence the life of the people. One light steel villa consists of more than 10000 components with advantages of stability, high accuracy, and not easy to crack.
